NOMAD Coffee began its journey in 2011 as a traveling coffee cart in the London markets. From the very beginning, their core values have remained consistent: respect and closeness with producers, and careful attention to every step of the coffee process.

In 2014, they established themselves in Barcelona and opened their first store, with the goal of helping to grow appreciation for specialty coffee in the city. Soon after, they launched their open roastery, and in line with their mission to bring great coffee closer to people, they began distributing their beans and building a network of cafés to collaborate and grow the project both nationally and internationally.

Roasting is at the heart of NOMAD’s identity. They are committed to being present throughout the entire production chain — traveling to origin to source exceptional beans, working closely with producers and importers, and roasting everything in-house according to their own quality standards, aiming to highlight the unique characteristics of each coffee.
