According to roaster recommendations, unopened coffee in airtight, one-way valve packaging can stay fresh and enjoyable for up to six months - especially light roasts, which many coffee lovers prefer after a longer rest period. As flavor profiles continue to evolve, some find their favorite notes shine even more after 4+ weeks post-roast.

We aim to reduce the price of coffee once it passes a certain roast date. So if you enjoy a longer resting time for your light roasts or you're simply after a good deal, this is the perfect place to stock up.
