Roasting on an eco-efficient Loring S35, they intentionally avoid "roast flavor"—buying naturally sweet, terroir-rich beans and letting the coffee speak for itself. From accessible, everyday brews to progressive, high-impact competition lots, their offerings feature custom illustrations by Lucas Garcia that capture the landscape, vibe, and flavor of each farm.
