Kaffeelix Coffee has been dedicated to roasting exceptional specialty coffee since 2012, driven by a passion for quality and sustainability. Every coffee selected meets the rigorous standards of the Cup Score, ensuring a minimum rating of 80 out of 100. Beyond quality, ethical sourcing is a core principle—whenever possible, Kaffeelix works directly with farmers or trusted distributors who uphold transparency and fair practices.

Based in St. Pölten, the small yet skilled team roasts on handmade drum roasters of the Coffeetool brand and a Giesen W1A, supported by Cropster software for consistency. The focus is on light roasting to preserve the unique characteristics of each origin, enhancing natural flavors without overpowering bitterness.

Founded by Felix Teiretzbacher, Kaffeelix has grown from a personal passion into an award-winning roastery, earning the Austrian Coffee Roasting Championship in 2019 and the prestigious World Coffee Roasting Championship in 2022.
