Swerl is a micro roastery based in Falkenberg, Sweden, founded by Beatriz and Daniel—a sommelier and a former aircraft technician—united by a passion for specialty coffee and meaningful connections. Since their journey began in 2018, Swerl has grown from a beachside mobile coffee bar to an internationally recognized roaster, known for its seasonal, traceable coffees and meticulous roasting standards.
