Hatch is a Coffee Bar, Roastery, and Brewery driven by a passion for quality, innovation, and experimentation. The story of Hatch began long before its official start, when the founder first started roasting coffee by hand while living in West Africa. In 2015, Hatch established its Roastery and Brewery in Markham, ON, focusing initially on cold brew, anticipating its long-term growth in the market. From the beginning, Hatch committed to roasting coffee their own way, staying true to their vision even through the challenging early years. Their ability to pivot and adapt became their strength, enabling them to survive and grow during the pandemic. Despite this growth, Hatch remains a startup at heart, continually refining its focus on quality and experimentation. Looking to the future, Hatch is committed to doing what they love—crafting exceptional coffee and pushing the boundaries of coffee innovation—for as long as their customers continue to support them. And, of course, there will always be more experiments.
