QUO COFFEE

Quo Coffee is a Swedish specialty roastery based in Skärhamn, launched in December 2024 with a mission to challenge the status quo of the commercial and specialty coffee industries. Led by head roaster Christian Gullbrandsson and a small, passionate team, Quo focuses on transparently sourced, carefully roasted coffees that reflect the unique character of each origin. Drawing design and community inspiration from their coastal surroundings, they emphasize sustainability not through empty claims but by openly acknowledging areas for improvement—such as their partnership with Belco’s low-emission sail freight initiative. Though young, Quo Coffee’s dedication to quality, transparency, and long-term impact has already positioned it as a rising force in the specialty coffee scene.
