The project spans six farms in the

Additionally, the project has launched a Generationat Reilef initiative aimed at educating and inspiring young Individuals to pursue carsers as coffee producers, thus shaping the future generation of coffee producers.
The Coffee
Cherry selection includes 95% fully ripe cherries and 5% semi ripe cherries.
The washed process involves careful pulping focused on preserving clarity and highlighting the intrinsic character of the coffee, followed by thorough washing to remove residual mucilage and ensure a clean, transparent cup profite.
Drying is slow and controlled, with regular turning until optimal moisture content is reached a gradual process thai preserves balance, definition, and aromatic elegance.
After drying the coffee is packed in GrainPro bags and stabilized for 15 days.
