This funky coffee comes from the famous Finca Monteblanco, nestled at 1730 meters altitude in the hills above Pitalito.

Under the visionary leadership of producer Rodrigo Sanchez, this micro-farm has become a true innovation laboratory, globally recognized for its innovative fermentation processes.

For this batch, the coffee cherries are fermented with red fruit nectar and yeasts to enhance the aromatic complexity.

The result in the cup is full of indulgence, revealing intense notes of strawberry and blueberry, enveloped in a smooth texture reminiscent of yogurt, for a sweet and incredibly fruity finish that pushes the boundaries of the Colombian terroir.
