Discover a magnificent Geisha, fruity and floral, by Hacienda La Esmeralda.

Grown at over 1,700 meters altitude in the heart of the exceptional terroir of Cañas Verdes, this prestigious batch is the fruit of the know-how of the famous Peterson family.

This batch was harvested on March 5, 2026, from the Tumaco plot of the Cañas Verdes farm, within the Hacienda La Esmeralda. The FC code signifies “washed and cold-fermented” with drying under a controlled environment.

After being harvested at their optimal stage of ripeness, the coffee cherries were pulped and fermented at 16°C in stainless steel tanks for 96 hours. This microlot was then dried for 15 days on raised beds in an indoor space with constant airflow and precise temperature and humidity control.
