We like strong coffees, but what about precise coffees?

This Pink Bourbon from Finca la Riviera has been a staple Colombian coffee at Tanat for several years, the result of meticulous work where every stage of fermentation is carefully controlled. Thanks to a modern process (Bioreactor Inoculation Washed), selected yeasts guide the fermentation in a controlled environment before the cherries are washed, thus revealing the full potential of the terroir and the Pink Bourbon.

As an espresso, it's elegant: the first sips reveal juicy peach, joined by the delicate sweetness of orange blossom. Finally, a vibrant, slightly tart redcurrant lingers, giving the cup a lovely length.

Despite its innovative and technical process, this coffee doesn't strive for exuberance either. It maintains excellent clarity and a perfectly integrated sweetness.
