    The cherries, harvested at perfect ripeness, undergo a natural anaerobic fermentation of 72 hours in airtight vats, before slow drying on African beds.

    In the cup, the coffee reveals a bright and juicy acidity carried by mandarin and starfruit, followed by a delicate floral note of strawberry blossom and a zesty and luminous finish of grapefruit.
