For November, we’re featuring an exceptional coffee from Pepe and José Jijón - a father-and-son team united by their passion for washed coffees.

Fincas Del Putushio sits at 2,222 meters above sea level, a remarkable high-altitude farm named after the nearby Putushio mountain. The combination of location, elevation, and meticulous approach to producing clean coffees results in a cup that is sweet, crisp, and has remarkable clarity - hallmarks of the washed process.

In the cup you can expect flavour notes of honey, apple and fig.
