Back in March, we were cupping coffee with Jose Luttrell in the early hours of the morning. On the table were several exceptional coffees, many of which we would go on to secure for our menu. But one coffee, in particular, stood out - it was full of red fruit notes, sweet, floral, and beautifully structured - an outstanding example of what we expect from a Natural Geisha from Panama, and perfect for competition.

Jose’s daughter, Sofia, chose this very coffee for her Brewers Cup Championship routine, which she went on to win. She will now represent Panama in the upcoming World Championships.

In the cup it has flavour profile including notes of parma violet, strawberry candy and mango.
