Cloudburst is a single origin offering focused on sweet, vibrant and well bodied, clean profiles. Roasted as a storm series offering with more development to have a balanced, sweet and vibrant espresso or filter but also pair well with dairy.
In the cup
We get a sweet profile of molasses and caramel. In dairy we get sweet milk chocolate and a long caramel finish. Black, this espresso is balanced with a creamy mouthfeel and a deep brown sugar sweetness.
About The Producer
This is a communal lot sourced primarily from producers in the captivating towns of Santa Maria and Pitalito, nestled amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Northern and Southern Huila. What makes this coffee truly remarkable goes far beyond its geographical origin – it is intricately intertwined with the towering Nevado del Huila, Colombia’s highest volcano, reaching an astounding elevation of nearly 5,500 meters or 18,000 feet.
