Introducing a new coffee from the Cipressares plot of La Bolsa Farm. This is a lot of Caturra and Bourbon varieties, and is characterized by its balanced flavor and gentle sweetness. La Bolsa Farm is managed and operated by the Vides family, and won second place in the 2003 Cup of Excellence.

Of the eight regions of Guatemala, Huehuetenango is located on the Mexican border, the furthest from Guatemala City. As it is called "Highland Huehue", it is a very rugged, high-altitude producing area with rocky surfaces in places. Frost can be seen in the mornings during the winter harvest season. Dry hot winds from Mexico blow into this area, creating a unique microclimate that makes coffee production possible.
The La Libertad region, where La Bolsa Farm is located, is located south of the Huehuetenango region near the Mexican border, and has produced many farms that have won awards at the Cup of Excellence competition in the past. Coffee from La Libertad has also won top prizes at recent competitions. A famous farm in the area is El Injerto Farm, which is a regular winner.
La Bolsa Farm is managed and operated by the Vides family. It is an excellent farm, having won second place in the 2003 Cup of Excellence (won by Intelligencer of the United States). The long waterway used for washing on the farm is surrounded by natural forest, and with the clean flowing water it creates a spectacular sight. The drying area and the surrounding valley give a sense of the majestic nature.
The son, Renaldo, has built up a track record in the domestic purchasing department of export company Unitrade, and has a unique background with a wide range of values, from his family's agricultural production to consumption.
