This Geisha variety has large, elongated grains, and the cup features an outstanding floral aroma with flavors reminiscent of citrus, along with a surprisingly crisp sweetness and a distinctive acidity. La Esmeralda farm is located at the foot of the Baru Volcano in western Panama, benefiting from abundant rainfall and surrounded by a rich natural environment, with natural forests protected within the farm. Additionally, no pesticides are used, and only fully ripe cherries are hand-picked. After harvesting, the processing is done with the utmost care, making it a farm truly worthy of producing "the world's best coffee." This Private Collection is a high-quality blend of micro-lots from 1600-1800 meters, highlighting high-altitude coffee flavors, bought outside of auctions.
