Panama's Geisha is rare and highly rated, with coffee buyers from around the world visiting Panama to seek this exceptional coffee. La Esmeralda farm, the original pioneer in showcasing Geisha to the world, continues to produce Geisha coffee with superior flavor compared to other farms. This Private Collection is a special lot purchased outside of auctions, with a 100% Geisha product scored 87-90 points on the SCAA scale for high quality. Recently, they’ve also started working with natural Geisha coffee in small quantities, and we were able to purchase a small amount of this rare coffee. The natural processing enhances the floral aroma, adding sweetness and creating a rich, complex flavor profile.
