Following the closure of the variety research institute in Nicaragua, the Javanica longberry variety, possessing a mystical flavor, came into the possession of Erwin Mierich. It is an iconic variety of the Mierich family, leading specialty coffee producers in Nicaragua. Limonncillo Farm is located in the Matagalpa region, with a waterfall flowing through the farm's river. Its beautiful appearance resembles a tropical garden, with flowers and various plants harmoniously blending to create a magnificent atmosphere. As evidenced by its past achievements, including a second-place finish in the Cup of Excellence, and its Rainforest Certification, this farm boasts a remarkably favorable microclimate with diverse vegetation, temperatures, rainfall, and fertile soil.
