① Elegant bergamot and white peach flavors.
② Rich, syrupy sweetness of yellow peach and mango juice.

This Geisha lot comes from Peñas Blancas, a processing station established by second-generation producer Jhoan in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia.
Acevedo is known for its fertile land and ideal climate for producing high-quality coffee.
However, differences in processing knowledge and equipment often mean that many farms are unable to fully realize the potential of their cherries.
To address this, Jhoan founded the Peñas Blancas processing station, creating a place where exceptional cherries from local farmers can be processed with greater precision.
The goal is not only to elevate the quality of regional coffee, but also to provide farmers with more stable income while sharing outstanding Colombian coffees with the world.
Environmental responsibility is also part of the project.
Wastewater generated during processing is treated through a dedicated filtration system before being released, reducing environmental impact.
The station is also exploring future initiatives such as organic cultivation and cascara production.
At the entrance of the facility hangs a phrase once spoken often by Jhoan’s late mother:
“Do not be afraid to try something new. Otherwise, nothing different will ever be created.”
Inspired by those words, Jhoan continues to pursue innovation in coffee processing.
