The next release of a Natural Ethiopian for this year is Mango Tango. Produced by Danche Washing Station (one of our favourite washing station this year) for producing expressive, fruity and clean coffees. Tasting notes of mango, strawberry candy and mandarine.
This washing station is located in Chelbesa, Gedeo. The station buys cherries from around 400 farmers who grow coffee on around 1-2 hectares between 2000-2300 meters above sea level. This washing station is organic certified.
