From the inception of Coffee Collective we have been experimenting with blending coffee profiles to find a more holistic taste experience. Selecting coffees that display different compounds of the flavour wheel we continually strive to find the perfect balance in an espresso shot.
Our aim - balance sweetness, acidity and bitterness whilst enhancing mouthfeel to make what we believe to be an ideal espresso.
