    Darío Rodríguez is a dedicated producer who has been cultivating the land since 1975 at Finca El Recreo, perched at 1670 meters above sea level in Gigante, in the department of Huila.

    Processed using a washed process, including a 40-hour fermentation, this coffee develops remarkable clarity and a rich body, perfect for espresso.

    In the cup, it reveals a fruity profile with notes of orange, apricot and raspberry.
