A few months ago we ran a super-limited offering of a funky pacamara from Panama, which you may or may not have had the chance to try. Well, here’s its rich cousin. Same farm, same processing, but upscaling from pacamara to gesha. That’s some generational wealth type shit. Like if that cool pacamara grew up learning to play polo, or casually uses the term “equestrian” like we all grew up riding horses and talking poorly about “the help.” But uh in a good way. What I mean to say is, it’s the same coffee, just more elegant. Like it lived Downton Abbey while we just watched it. Or maybe it just went to private school. I don’t know.
A 36 hour anaerobic natural, sun dried for 20 days, the resulting cup is bursting with sticky sweet fruits with a nice clean finish.
