Located in the Tarrazu region, Finca Santa Teresa 2000 embodies the passion and perseverance of Roger Ureña Hidalgo, a producer from several generations of coffee growers.

After taking over the family farm, Roger developed an independent micromill located at a very high altitude, around 2,000 meters, allowing him to control the entire production process, from the manual harvesting of cherries to their processing.

This batch comes from the El Tono plot, located at high altitude (approximately 1,900 m and above), where the coffee trees benefit from a cool, mountainous environment and natural shade, promoting slow ripening and great aromatic complexity.

In the cup, you discover a rich and balanced profile, blending notes of milk chocolate, orange zest and caramel, for a warm and comforting cup, roasted for espresso.
