Nestor Lasso has become a key producer at Tanat.
Thanks to his expertise and knowledge of fermentation, he once again offers us a cup with his signature fruitiness. A true tropical favorite from El Diviso.
After a 48-hour open-air oxidation phase, the cherries undergo anaerobic fermentation for 38 hours before undergoing a thermal shock at 50°C to fix the aromas.
In the cup, we find a tropical intensity with notes of pineapple, strawberry jam and mango, for a fruity and vibrant experience.
