Nestor Lasso is a young, visionary producer based in Pitalito, in the Huila region of Colombia, who runs the El Diviso farm. Alongside his brother Adrian and their partner Jhoan Vergara (Finca Las Flores), he embodies a new generation of specialty coffee growers, combining family heritage and technical innovation.

Together, they work with rare varieties such as Sidra, Geisha, Pink Bourbon, and Java, using highly refined experimental processes: anaerobic fermentation, thermal washing, extended maceration, and slow drying. The result is coffees of exceptional complexity, with floral, fruity, and sometimes tropical profiles, often described as explosive and elegant.
