This coffee is produced by the Flores family, in the village of El Diamante, in northern Peru, in the district of San José de Lourdes.

Grown at an altitude of over 1,900 meters, this wine is made from carefully harvested, fully ripe cherries. These cherries undergo a pre-fermentation process at night, followed by a 24- to 36-hour fermentation after pulping to fully develop their aromatic intensity. Slow drying in a ventilated greenhouse ensures a cup of exceptional purity, balance, and expressiveness.

As an espresso, it reveals a beautiful liveliness and aromas of candied orange peel, almond and panela, carried by a silky texture and a long, indulgent finish.
