This exceptional micro-lot, from the El Velo farm within the legendary Hacienda La Esmeralda, is cultivated at 1850 meters altitude by the famous Peterson family.

It showcases Laurina, a rare and precious variety originating from the island of Reunion, sought after worldwide for its unique elongated bean shape and its naturally very low caffeine content (about half that of a classic Arabica), offering an innate sweetness without any bitterness.

Enhanced by a washed anaerobic process and precise climate chamber drying (CRD), the result is a cup of dazzling clarity and beautiful finesse, which expresses itself through gourmand notes of orange candy and juicy nectarine, beautifully enveloped by an elegant bouquet of white flowers.
