This exceptional coffee, from Ethiopia and signed Elto Coffee, is processed using a semi-washed process.

The cherries are pulped and then dried with some of the mucilage, which gives the cup a subtle balance between the clarity of a washed and the sweetness of a natural.

Roasted in omni roast, it reveals all its qualities whatever the extraction method.

In the cup, we find a sweet but persistent acidity with citrus accents, supported by a honeyed sweetness which brings roundness and balance, and a long and textured finish reminiscent of brewed black tea.
