Elto Coffee is the fruit of the passion of Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene, a couple based in Sidama Bensa.
Through their project, they aim to reveal the full richness of coffee by creating exclusive nano-lots of remarkable quality.
To achieve this, they carefully select top-quality cherries, grown and harvested by small producers in neighboring communities, then transform them, drawing inspiration from traditional practices that they reinterpret with a contemporary twist.
