    This natural Catuai from Elida Estate, the emblematic farm of the Lamastus Family in Boquete, is cultivated at an altitude of 1700 m.

    As an espresso, it offers a generous and expressive cup, supported by a full texture and a strong sweetness.

    The initial notes evoke violet, floral and delicate, quickly followed by ripe plum, adding depth and richness. Mid-palate, citrus marmalade brings a gentle, luminous tension, before giving way to a long, velvety milk chocolate finish.
