From the legendary Granja La Esperanza, this exceptional Geisha is grown at an altitude of between 1,700 and 1,900 metres, on the fertile slopes of the Cerro Azul farm, in the Valle del Cauca region. Thanks to controlled natural fermentation, it expresses with finesse the purity and aromatic richness of this unique terroir.
In the cup, it seduces with elegant aromas, a silky body and a long, persistent finish that prolongs the sensory experience with brilliance.
Café Granja La Esperanza - Excellence and innovation in Colombia
The family business is run by Rigoberto Herrera and his brother Luis, two passionate pioneers who have transformed the family's agricultural heritage into a benchmark for exceptional coffee. Granja La Esperanza operates several farms spread across Colombia, each with its own microclimate, altitudes and agronomic specificities. These include :
. Cerro Azul: specializing in Geisha, with a humid, cool climate ideal for slow ripening.
. Las Margaritas, La Esperanza & Potosí: each dedicated to specific varieties and advanced process experimentation.
Their know-how has enabled their coffees to be regularly used in world barista and brewer championships, with several titles to their credit.
