Grown in the village of Alo in Bensa between 2,400 and 2,550 m, it reveals a juicy, very floral and fruity cup.

Fresh notes of mandarin, green apple and chamomile offer a lively and elegant experience, reflecting Bensa's unique terroir.

The White Honey process combines rigor and delicacy. After harvesting, only the densest and best-quality cherries are retained. They are then pulped and stripped of approximately 80% of their mucilage, before being carefully dried on African beds for around twelve days. Turning the parchment regularly and protecting it during the hottest hours allows for uniform and perfectly controlled drying. Once stabilized, this process results in a clean, lively, and elegant cup, enriched with a characteristic gentle sweetness.
