An exceptional coffee displaying all the delicacy of Geisha, with notes of jasmine, oolong tea and white peach. Beautiful acidity and creamy body.

Description

The cherries are harvested by hand at their optimum ripening point, then sorted by hand. This is followed by the anaerobic process whereby the coffee cherries are pulped and dry fermented for 24 hours before being washed entirely by hand with mountain spring water. Once fully washed, the coffee is dried on raised beds for 15 days.
