This is the first time we are working with Thiririka and it was selected amongst 50 other samples, so we are very glad to share this one with you! Thiririka Kiganjo AA is from the Kiambu region at 1800 meters above sea level and is fully washed.

The Kiganjo wet mill uses fresh Thiririka River water with multiple wash cycles and controlled fermentation, optimizing cleanliness while conserving water. The Thiririka Farmer Cooperative Society supports around 2,600 farmers, providing training, price premiums, and long-term partnerships. This Kenyan Coffee is complex with deep flavours of blackcurrant and red gooseberries, it has a balanced acidity with floral notes present in the cup.
