    Tropical Silk is our second coffee from Finca San Antonio, and it's a beauty. This anaerobic-washed gesha is a lovely coffee with juicy, ripe flavors of pineapple and berry wine.

    After picking, the whole cherries were fermented intact for 24 hours. Then after being dry-pulped, they fermented anaerobically for 80 hours. Finally, the coffee dried in parabolic beds for 20 - 22 days
