Before starting Quebraditas, Edinson spent years immersed in the coffee industry, learning how markets shift, flavours evolve, and quality is built from the ground up. Now, that experience shapes every decision, from soil care and shade management to meticulous processing techniques like thermal shock and yeast inoculation.

This washed Sidra/Bourbon is elegant and expressive, with rose-like florals, juicy mandarin, and a soft peach sweetness that captures everything we love about Colombian craftsmanship and curiosity.
