Kenia Gomez was one of the first producers we ever worked with in Honduras, and she’s been a part of the Monogram story for over seven years. She comes from a family of coffee producers and now manages her own wet mill alongside her husband, Nahun Fernandez. Together, they take a thoughtful and precise approach to every step of processing.

This coffee is a washed Catuai grown in the Santa Barbara region—an area known for producing beautifully structured coffees with lots of clarity and sweetness. From the wet mill to the drying beds, Kenia handles every step with care, and it shows in the clean, vibrant profile of this cup.

We’re proud to have built such a strong relationship with Kenia over the years. Each harvest we receive is a testament to her hard work, consistency, and passion for quality. It’s coffees like this that remind us why we love doing what we do.
