FAF Dark is a dark roast crafted around depth and satisfaction.

It carries the bold, roasty character typical of a dark roast, anchored by a rich, chocolate-like intensity. Yet within that richness, you’ll still find the clean acidity and gentle sweetness that define high-quality specialty coffee.

Compared to the FAF Medium, this version has a clearer, more defined structure— a fuller, more substantial cup— while still being layered, and allowing the natural character of the coffee to shine through the characteristic bitterness of dark roast.
