Finca Milan is a farm that has been doing some really fun co-ferments and we are here for it! Our recent ‘melona’ release may still be fresh in your minds so if you already miss it this is your chance for another fun and wild co-fermented coffee.

“Andres Quiceno of Finca Milan, who has made a name for himself worldwide by creating numerous high quality and unique lots, including culturing coffee, used by renowned baristas in world competitions. NG is his new profile. Culturing is a method usually used in the production of yoghurt. In this coffee, strawberries are fermented, from which the first starter culture is created. This is then combined with the mosto from distillation and crushed strawberries, which are fermented again with the coffee at controlled Brix, pH and temperature to create a distinctive flavour that is not normally found in coffee.”
