A beautiful clean washed Colombia just how we like them! This is yellow supremo variety washed processed from El Recuerdo, a very bright and juicy cup with tasting notes of nectarine, hibiscus and jasmine.

Coffee is manually harvested, then fermented for 36 hours in a tiled tank after depulping, followed by four washes. The beans are dried in a marquesina for 15 to 20 days. No flotation method is used during processing. El Recuerdo Farm, managed by Elsira Gil Gómez, is located in Garzón, Huila, Colombia, in the village of El Cedral, at an altitude of 1,720 meters. Founded in 1999, this 3.5-hectare farm cultivates 14,000 Supremo Amarillo coffee trees. Elsira, a first-generation coffee producer, runs the farm with support from the Gil Sotelo family, employing 2 permanent workers and 15 seasonal pickers during harvest. She is a member of Coocentral and is interested in expanding by acquiring another farm and improving infrastructure.
