This is the first time we have a coffee from Finca La Soledad in Colombia and we are excited to share this super bright and clean coffee. This washed papayo variety is very elegant with tasting notes of yellow plum, oolong tea & florals.

La Soledad is a single-farm in Pitalito, Huila, producing multiple processing methods and varieties. Mario has the ability to separate microlots based on the varieties he grows, via selective picking. He can then choose how to process these lots, giving us access to unique honeys, washed, and naturals from varieties like Caturrón, Pink Bourbon, Papayo, and Sidra. This particular lot if terroir-focused as it's a fully washed coffee with no intervention in processing.
