This expressive Maragogipe from project Hachi is processed using the highly controlled Enzyflow Natural method. This multi-stage approach, combining anaerobic fermentation, enzyme application, and thermal shock washing, results in a clean, sweet cup. Expect tasting notes of candied strawberry, milk tea, and grapefruit. A delicate and nicely defined coffee.
