DAK - Frosty Grape | Colombia - Washed - Papayo

We got our hands on another Papayo Washed from Mario Gomez which is super delicious as espresso. We have limited quantities, tasting notes of raisins, purples grapes and date syrup with a nice herbality touch to it which is common from this region / producer.

La Soledad is a single-farm in Pitalito, Huila, producing multiple processing methods and varieties. Mario has the ability to separate microlots based on the varieties he grows, via selective picking. He can then choose how to process these lots, giving us access to unique honeys, washed, and naturals from varieties like Caturrón, Pink Bourbon, Papayo, and Sidra. This particular lot if terroir-focused as it's a fully washed coffee with no intervention in processing.
