This Pimienta variety from Finca Los Nogales is complex and unique and we were stunned when we first cupped it. This thermal shock natural from Oscar Hernandez is different than what we had before in our lineup, it's sparkling but sweet at the same time with tasting notes of cherries, vanilla and verbena.
