We are thrilled to welcome back the Ethiopia Chelchele Natural for our third consecutive year! Last year, this coffee quickly became one of the absolute crowd-favorites in our lineup. This year’s 2026 harvest has taken that beloved flavor profile to an even more refined level.
Compared to last year, the 2026 lot is notably cleaner and less funky, trading fermentation notes for an incredibly vibrant clarity.
On the first sip, you’ll be greeted by the crisp, bright acidity of pomelo, seamlessly blending into elegant violet florals that carry a distinct, strawberry-like sweetness. As it cools, the cup transitions into a juicy, mouth-watering lychee sweetness that lingers beautifully.
