      This is our newest house blend roasted for espresso, this House Blend Medium, was created to replace our old House Blend Light.

      Coffee bean ratio:
      Brazil : Guatemala : Ethiopia = 1 : 1 : 1

      Roasted basically with the same roasting method as House Blend Dark, but adjustments are made by taking off the development phase.

      Roasting temperature:
      10:30- 220°C
