FAF Medium: The Taste of Balance

FAF Medium is a medium roast crafted around softness and balance.

It offers a pleasant fruitiness reminiscent of orange and plum, paired with a gentle sweetness like nuts and caramel, all lifted by a clean and refreshing acidity.

To bring out the full character of the coffee itself, we took extra care not to overshadow its natural qualities with roasty flavors— focusing instead on achieving a delicate, harmonious balance.
