Produced from a batch of local "heirloom" varieties, carefully processed at the Banko Gotiti station, it perfectly illustrates the excellence of the traditional African bed-drying method. We fell under the spell of its dazzling aromatic profile: a floral attack of jasmine, a juicy body of yellow fruit, and a subtle touch of spice. A lively, expressive coffee to which we quickly return.
