This coffee is in extremely limited quantities! This typica mejorado from Hachi Project / Diego Bermudez in Colombia is simply exceptional. This natural processed coffee is super complex with tasting notes of wild strawberries, nectarine & lemon.
Natural - Oxydative Process 72 hours: whole coffee cherries are submerged in water with a mosto recirculation system, ensuring that soluble compounds (e.g., sugars, acids, and aromatic precursors) from the cherries are redistributed throughout the liquid while oxidizing polyphenols and other compounds in the mucilage and pulp, softening the pulp and enhancing flavor complexity.
